This "festival" piece is a lively medley of three famous American folk songs written for intermediate level students, and also includes open-string parts for beginning students, allowing students of varying abilities to join together in performing a single "festival" piece. The three pieces - the exuberant MAMA DON'T 'LOW, the beautiful WATER IS WIDE and the lively, fiddle-style version of TWO IN THE MIDDLE - provide an exciting range of tunes that your string players and their audience will certainly enjoy.
